Passion in Every Crumb

My baking journey began in 2014 with a simple birthday cake for my son. It wasn’t perfect in appearance, but it was made with love, and that was all that mattered. Seeing the joy it brought sparked something special in me. Over the years, baking became more than just a hobby. During the COVID period, I found myself spending more time in the kitchen, experimenting with recipes, learning new techniques, and refining my skills. I attended Wilton classes and completed numerous online baking courses, constantly challenging myself to grow and improve. In 2024, I participated in a table-top sale at my daughter’s school, where I introduced my homemade brownies. The response was overwhelming—they sold out quickly and became an instant favorite. Soon, family and friends began requesting my brownies for gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions. That encouragement inspired me to take a leap of faith and turn my passion into a business. And so, Baked by Betssy was born, starting with our signature Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Today, Baked by Betssy offers a range of handcrafted treats, from rich and indulgent brownies to beautifully customized celebration cakes and artisanal tea cakes made for everyday moments. Every product is thoughtfully created using carefully selected ingredients, balanced flavors, and attention to detail. My goal is simple: to create desserts that feel personal, homemade, and memorable. Whether it’s a birthday cake made for a special milestone, a tea cake shared with loved ones over coffee, or a box of brownies gifted to someone special, each bake is prepared with the same love and care that started this journey. By God’s grace, what began as a mother’s homemade birthday cake has grown into a dream come true, and I am grateful to share my creations with you. Thank you for being part of the Baked by Betssy????
